Relationship: Build it, Protect it, Preserve it and Cherish it...

On February 14, when the whole world was celebrating Valentine's day something significant was happening on the TV show Jeopardy. IBM's massively parallel, artificially intelligent computer named Watson was competing against the humans - one an all-time biggest money winner (Brad Rutter) and another the record holder for the longest championship streak (Ken Jennings). There is no prize for guessing the million dollar winner. It was Watson. Watson having access to 200 million pages of structured and unstructured content was consistently outperforming our human race.

This win indicates the trend which can occur in the near future. Humans neither have the memory to store 200 million pages nor the brain power to synthesize those many pages. Nothing is going to stop these smart machines taking the place around us, among us or within us. The only place the machines may not take over is the relationship humans have with their loved ones. So in this relationship month do not forget to build, protect, preserve and cherish your relationship with your loved ones. That is the only one which will not be replaced by any super computer.
