With the un-official summer starting this month, we would like to suggest our readers the benefits of bi-cycling during the National Bike Month. Cycling is an entertaining way to exercise. It helps to strengthen and increase the muscle tones while helping to quicly burn your calories. Cardio vascular benefits is another big plus and more importantly it has shown to reduce an individual's stress.

If you are contemplating to get a bike, get some inspiration in designer bikes like "horsey" as shown here. "Horsey" is a designer bicycle designed by Korean designer Eungi Kim. Horsey is one from more than 3000 entries for the Seoul Cycle Design Competition 2010..Eungi says, "“Horsey’ is an attachable bicycle ornament/accessory which makes one’s bicycle look horsey! The ‘horsey’ package includes wooden ornaments (horsey shape body), metal parts, and screws. The manual is very simple so that anyone can easily arrange it according to one’s needs. Through this ‘horsey’ project I wanted to give a special look to bicycles so that people would care about cycling not only as transportation but also as a lovely pet.”
